As a finalist in the PLDT Digicon 2023 Startup Innovation Challenge, I had the opportunity to present Asset Pro, our RFID Asset Management System, to an audience of top CEOs and industry leaders in the Philippines. It was one of the most challenging and defining moments of my professional journey — pushing me to clearly communicate our vision with confidence and purpose on one of the country’s biggest tech stages.
Standing on the stage at PLDT Digicon 2023 as a finalist for the PLDT Startup Innovation Challenge was one of the most defining moments of my journey. I had the opportunity to present Asset Pro, our RFID Asset Management System, and share how it helps businesses track, manage, and optimize their physical assets with accuracy and efficiency.
What made the experience even more challenging was the audience. Speaking in front of top CEOs and industry leaders in the Philippines pushed me far beyond my comfort zone. It required focus, confidence, and the ability to clearly communicate our vision in a limited amount of time.
At the same time, it was incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. The experience helped me grow not just as a founder, but as a communicator. It pushed me to express the value of what we’re building in a way that truly resonates.
Looking back, being part of the finals was already a win in itself. More than recognition, it gave me a deeper sense of purpose and motivation to keep building Asset Pro and continue creating solutions that make a real impact.
